Gore-Tex® Pro Shell is a three layer laminate material, bonding a tough outer to a Gore-Tex® waterproof, windproof, breathable membrane and a backing fabric, meaning there is no movement between layers. The advantages of this are that the material offers better breathability than a normal Gore-Tex® Z-Liner, suffers less wear and tear, is more comortable, has less opportunity so absorb water, so motorbike clothing dries quickly and doesn't become heavy.

CoolSystem is a special treatment that keeps darker materials coller by reflecting the sun's light.

Armacor® is a tough material used to reinforce key areas such as knees and elbows, which is made by combining the abrasion resistance of Cordura with the tear resistance of Kevlar.

Pittards® leather is made from hairsheep hide. Hairsheep are a cross between a sheep and a goat and are found in some African countries. The hides are particularly suited to gloves, thanks to their goat leather like suppleness but the hides are much tougher and cope with moisture without cracking or shrinking like cowhide. Pittards® are the leading producer of high end hairsheep leather.

schoeller®-keprotech® is an aramid weave which is 5 times stronger than steel, offering outstanfing abrasion resistance. In motorcycle clothing, Keprotech® is mixed with elastic materials to make stretch panels which do not compromise safety.
