Armacor

The Rukka Argonaut jacket uses Armacor technology:

• 100% Waterproof - Even under high pressures the waterdrops cannot penetrate the membrane. Your body remains dry.
• 100% Windproof - The wind is caught in the structure of the membrane. You stay warm.
• Breathable - Body moisture escapes through the membrane.
• 3-layer construction: GORE-TEX® membrane bonded to Armacor outer with Kevlar® core technology and robust inner lining.

  Gore Lockout Closure
  Gore Lockout closure is a toothless construction that opens and closes silently and delivers 100% waterproof protection. The metal slider moves up the garment smoothly interlocking two double-channelled polymer tracks to create a flat-fronted finish that removes the need for a storm flap.

  Safety: 3M Reflectors
  Safety is a major concern for Rukka and as such, all outerwear garments feature additional screen printing using 3M Scotchlite, a latex ink combined with retroreflective lenses to provide a high-visibility presence when lit in low light conditions.

  Cordura
  Cordura is a nylon yarn made out of 100% polyamide fibres and has a much higher abrasion resistance than regular nylon. Rukka only use Cordura with a minimum fibre strength of at least 500 denier, raising safety standards to a very high level. Cordura AFT is an advanced version of the standard material, offering an even higher level of breathability.
