Outer Jacket:Rukka Gore Tex Pro Shell
The outer of the Rukka Armarina jacket is a 3 Layer laminate.
Layer 1: Cordura with Armacor Reinforcement.
The outer of the Rukka Armarina jacket is Cordura with Armacor reinforcement overlays on the elbows and shoulders. Armacor is a tough mix of Cordura and Kevlar. Every fourth strand of thread in the outer material is Kevlar®, known for it's anti-tear properties. This is complimented by Cordura's abrasion resistance and a water repellent coating. The result is an extremely tough outer shell that remains comfortable.
Layer 2:Gore-Tex®

• 100% Waterproof - Even under high pressures the waterdrops cannot penetrate the membrane. Your body remains dry.
• 100% Windproof - The wind is caught in the structure of the membrane. You stay warm.
• Breathable - Body moisture escapes through the membrane.

Layer 3: Lining
A breathable comfort lining is bonded to the Gore-Tex® membrane to provide comfort and protect the Gore-Tex® from wear and tear.
The outside of the jacket features TFL COOL BLACK handling, which reduces the surface temperature of black cordura significantly when exposed to sun radiation, which makes the jacket cooler on sunny days and reduces aging.
The end result is an outer jacket that is abrasion and tear resistant as well as waterproof, windproof and breathable providing lasting protection against variable weather elements, from warm weather to torrential rain.

Inner Jacket
The Armarina jacket has a breathable mesh lining and a detachable 60g thermal lining which features Outlast® technology.
Outlast®

• Feels cool and fresh to touch, reducing sweat.
• Absorbs excess heat and stores it.
• Releases stored heat when temeperature descreases

Armour
Rukka Air Protector armour is designed with breathability in mind and passes CE approval. Shoulder , elbow and knee protectors are all larger than competitors armour, with the intention of covering the area even in the outer garment moves.
The Rukka Armarina jacket features elbow, shoulder and back protectors.

Machine Washable
Rukka Armarina jackets are machine washable. Machine wash on fine wash programme at 30-40°C with normal fine washing powder without soft rinse agent. Rinse thoroughly. Put only one jacket at a time in machine. Remove protectors before washing. Iron at low temperature (no. 1 setting), but not the reflective areas. Do not dry clean,tumble dry at low temperature (max 55°C) one item at time (This also restores the outer water repellancy).
