On Monday 7th of December 2009, the first great Infinity Motorcycles prize draw closed.
Just a few days ago, and under the strict contol of Yamaha UK’s Simon Belton, an independent witness and a very excited Infinity Motorcycles MD, Rob Puttick, the lucky winner’s name was finally drawn. With a brand new £11,000 Yamaha YZF-R1 almost tangibly hanging in the air, it was quite a tense moment. “I think we are just about to make somebody’s day!” Grinned Rob, as he read the winner’s entry.
10 further names were then randomly drawn, with each one of these entrants winning a fabulous Yamaha Paddock Jacket, worth £100.
As fellow Directors and the Infinity Team set about contacting all the winners and passing on the good news, Rob confirmed that there was already another awesome draw in the pipeline for 2010. “We’ve had such good fun and great feedback from this event that we simply can’t pass up on the chance to do it again! Our customers would never forgive us!” He laughed. “We’ve got some great ideas. Watch this space...!”
