New crash helmets may be exchanged for another helmet of equal or greater value (subject to paying any difference) provided the returned helmet is in new and unused condition with all of its original packaging and accessories, i.e. exactly as it left the shop. We reserve the right to refuse any helmet exchange where the helmet appears to have been used at all.
We want you to buy with confidence; we want to give you the opportunity to watch TV or wear it around the house, and if you don't like it, send it or bring it back and try another. If you'd like to return a helmet, please follow the return instructions.
Despite our competitors claims, we won't send you a helmet that's already been sent to a customer; helmets returned are sold as seconds, either in our branches or through our eBay store. If you order a helmet from us we won't send you a returned helmet.
It's thanks to the fact we have real shops with real staff that we can offer our mail order customers this excellent service.
