We pride ourselves on providing great service and impartial, knowledgeable advice, but we appreciate that price is important too. We do our best to make sure our prices and offers are the best available, but if you can find any motorcycle helmet, accessory, or any item of motorcycle clothing sold in our stores or on our website cheaper elsewhere, tell us and we'll aim to match it - even if it's a sale price.
All we ask is that the product is in stock and from a shop which offers the same warranty or service back up as we do. If you've already bought something from us and found it cheaper elsewhere, then we'll even refund the difference up to seven days later. The only exception where we don't match prices is where a competitor is closing down or in administration.
Prices to be matched must include delivery charges if applicable, remember we offer free delivery on orders over £30 within mainland UK, click here for our postage charges.
We only supply officially sourced motorcycle helmets, clothing and accessories with official manufacturer's warranty. Everyone of our branches have staff trained by motorcycle clothing manufacturers who can service and carry out minor repairs on many of the products we sell.
