At Infinity Motorcycles we want you to be delighted with the products and service you receive from us. In the event of any item being supplied being unsuitable or faulty, please follow these instructions for a swift resolution.
We include a returns form with every parcel we send, completing the form and sending it with returned goods will makes sure we can process your return as quickly as possible.
Unwanted Items and Exchanges: Unused goods which are either unsuitable or have been purchased in error may be returned to ourselves for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. All we ask is that the goods are in the same condition as when we sent them (including the packaging) and that they are unused. The only exception to this is DVD's and Blue Ray discs in unsealed packaging. We include a returns form with every order, please complete one and return it with your goods, or email us or write to us at the address below within 7 working days of receipt of your order. If a refund is required, we are unable to refund the cost of postage back to us. Refunds and exchanges are processed within three working days of your order being received at Infinity Motorcycles, but it may take an additional 2-3 days for the refund to show in your bank account. Returned items must be unused and have all the tags and packaging that they were sent with so they can be resold. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price if the goods are not in a resale-able condition.
Faulty or Wrongly Supplied Goods: Goods supplied incorrectly/damaged must be notified within 7 days using the contact details below. If you need to return an item, please use "Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For" service available at any Post Office. Please note, we are only able to refund postage charges for these services and will not be liable for any other costs. For international orders, please send back via your National Postal Services recorded delivery service.
Warranty Returns: Please contact us by telephone in the first instance to discuss the best means of rectifying the problem. Please note some items may need to be returned to the supplier or manufacturer for inspection and/or repair. Any items sent back should be in a clean condition with postage paid. We regret that we are unable to refund postage costs in these cases.
