DELIVERY AND RETURNS
**Update regarding international shipping**
The Brexit transition period ended on 31st December 2020, and as a result, the EU now treats exports from Great Britain as it does exports from non-EU countries. As a consequence, this means any orders that Infinity Motorcycles ships to EU countries will now incur additional customs charges.
These VAT/Customs duty fees will differ per country and item, and unfortunately, we cannot inform you ahead of time the exact amount of the charge. We apologise for this inconvenience; we are working hard with our courier services to fully understand the current situation and will update this page once we learn more information.
DELIVERY
To find the delivery costs for an item simply place the item in your basket. Our delivery costs for most items are based on each item's size and weight. Delivery and handling estimates that appear in the basket are calculated with our lowest cost delivery method.
Free Shipping on Orders Over £25
Orders to UK Mainland addresses over £25 (i.e. excluding Highlands and Islands) will be sent free of charge.
Free Shipping To Other Destinations.
Orders will be shipped free of charge to areas other than the UK when the order total is over:
- UK Highlands and Islands: over £100
- Channel Islands - e.g Jersey, Guernsey: over £250
- Europe Zone 1 - e.g. Eire, France, Germany: over £350
- Europe Zone 2 - e.g. Greece, Poland (Excludes Iceland): over £400
- USA, Canada, Australia & Iceland: over £800
Please note, V.A.T. is not applied to crash helmets.
Delivery Times & Indicators
We aim to deliver UK Mainland orders next working day (Monday - Friday) if we have the item in stock. Availability of the item depends on the size or colour of the product. *Items being delivered within the KA27, KA28, AB31 to AB56, IV1 to IV63, KW0 to KW14, KW15 to KW16, PH15 to PH18, PH19 to PH50, PA20 to PA78, HS1 to HS9, ZE1 to ZE3, FK17 to FK21 postcode areas via DPD are not available for next working day delivery under DPD's Scottish services.
On the rare occasion where we incur severe weather conditions our courier, DPD may not be able to get your parcels to you next day. We do apologise for the inconvenience that this may cause, however, the matter is out of our hands. We display estimated delivery times on our product pages which will indicate when we can get that item to you. Some products may have exceptions or longer delivery times due to their availability. If one or more items within your basket has a longer estimated delivery date, we will use this as your estimated delivery date for all your items to save sending them in separate parcels. In the event that we can send your items separatley for quick delivery, we will utilise our stores to send parcels and will update your tracking information accordingly.
Estimated delivery indicators:
'In-stock - Next Working Day Delivery Available' - This item is currently available and in stock with Infinity. If the order is placed before 3 pm, we will aim to dispatch the item for next day delivery. We will try and contact you if there are any issues with stocking errors.
'In-stock - Usually delivered within 2-3 working days' - This item is currently in stock with our supplier and will be requested as soon as we recieve your order. The item(s) will arrive in our warehouse to be packed and sent directly to you. This can take 2-3 working days.
'In-stock - Usually delivered within 5+ working days' - This item is currently in stock with our supplier and will be requested as soon as we recieve your order. Any item with an estimated date of 5 or more working days arrive from overseas. Brand included in these longer delivery times are REV'IT!, ICON Helmets & Furygan. The item(s) will arrive in our warehouse to be packed and sent directly to you. This can take 5-10 working days.
'Discontinued' - This item has been discontinued and is no longer available to order from our suppliers. Any remaining stock will be limited throughout the company but availble for next working day delivery if placed before 3pm.
'Currently Unavailable' or 'Out of Stock' - The item is still a current line product, but out of stock with our suppliers, our warehouse and our Infinity stores. In the even that you order an item which is out of stock, we will contact you with the option to wait, choose an alternative or cancel the order. If you are happy to wait for an estimated delivery, the item can be placed on backorder. We will then send you a dispatch notification, as usual, when the item has been sent.
Pre-order - We offer pre-orders on new items which we are expecting delivery of as soon as they become available. You will receive a notification when you place your order with an estimated date. As soon as we receive the stock, you will be notified as soon as the item(s) are despatched. In the event of any delays, we will contact you for further information. You can contact the Online team on 0800 130 3377 for more details on delivery times before you place an order for the item.
Delivery of orders is by DPD and will require a signature for proof of receipt.
RETURNS
Online Order Returns
At Infinity Motorcycles we want you to be delighted with the products you order on our website and the service you receive from us. In the event that you do have a problem with your item(s) or find them to be unsuitable, we will do our very best to make it right for you. You can return your goods to any Infinity Motorcycles Store, just make sure you have your proof of purchase.
You can also return your goods via our website for FREE**.

Step 1 - Arrange
We include a pre-paid Parcelforce returns label with most orders. If you didn't receive one with your order, you can follow the steps below to generate one. You can arrange a free return through your 'Order History' in the 'My Account' section. Find the order you want to return and select 'Return Order'. Follow the steps and select the item(s) from your order you are returning. You can then enter a reason for your return and proceed to generate your free returns label via Parcelforce. You can also call 0800 130 3377 and select option 2 for returns. *You will not be reimbursed if you decide to pay for the return of your package yourself. This option is not available for purchases made in stores or at trade shows. |

Step 2 - Returns Label

Step 3 - Prepare Parcel
Inside the parcel must contain the item(s) you are returning, a completed returns form and any sufficient packaging to protect the item(s) during transit. Please use the original box/packaging where possible. Returns forms are also sent with your order. If you do not have one, use the link below to download one. Attach your label to the outside of the parcel. Remember to remove or cover any old shipping labels. Retain your receipt of drop off in case of any issues in delivery of your parcel.

Step 4 - Drop Off
Proceed to drop off the parcel at your nearest Post Office. The parcel will be collected and delivered within 1-3 working days back to Infinity Motorcycles Online, Unit 1, Lawrence Way, Camberley, Surrey GU15 3DL. You will be notified by a member of our returns team upon it’s arrival and we will proceed with the next steps in regards to your return. Refunds & exchanges may take up to 7-14 days to process. |

Step 3 - Prepare Parcel
All items you are returning will need to be accompanied with their original packaging and tags. You will also need to complete and enclose a returns form (download below) inside before you seal the parcel. This is so we can sort your items efficiently when they return. The returns label can then be placed on the outside of the parcel. If the original packing box or bag is not available, please use a sufficient box or package to return your items.

Step 4 - Drop Off
Proceed to drop off the parcel at your nearest UPS Access Point or Post Office. The parcel will be collected from either of these drop off points and delivered within 1-3 working days back to Infinity Motorcycles Online, Unit 1, Lawrence Way, Camberley, Surrey GU15 3DL. You will be notified by a member of our returns team upon it’s arrival and we will proceed with the next steps in regards to your return. Refunds & exchanges may take up to 7-14 days to process. |
*We reserve the right to refuse a return if the package is returned outside our policy or if the package is unscheduled with us. (See Policy Below)
**Limited to 1 FREE return/exchange per transaction. Any following return/exchange for the same transaction will need to be paid for by the customer. Some items will be exempt from free returns as they are too big to come back through the Parcelforce Returns Portal e.g. Top Boxes, Paddock Stands, Bike Shelters.
Terms & Conditions for online returns
1. Unwanted Items. Unused goods which are either unsuitable or have been purchased from InfinityMotorcycles.com in error may be returned for an exchange or refund within 90 days of receipt.
- Goods must be returned to us in a new, unused and re-saleable condition (including all packaging, tags, manuals and keys). If the goods are not in this condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct up to 50% of the purchase price from the refund amount.
- Any goods returned and have not been organised by our online team are done so at your own expense and risk. We would recommend using a recorded delivery service as we will not accept responsibility for goods “lost in transit”.
- If a refund is required we will refund you the price of the goods only. We will not refund any delivery charge you may have paid.
- PLEASE NOTE: If you decide to return your order to one of our stores, the refund will not be issued by the store but by Infinity Motorcycles Online. A refund will be issued when we have received and checked the condition of the goods in question.
- If an exchange is required we will send the new item(s) out once we have received the returned item(s). Any difference in price between the new and old product will be paid by you or refunded by us before your new product is dispatched.
- The return is free of charge for UK residents only (i.e. excluding Highlands and Islands). For any orders outside of the UK, the return postage is your responsibility.
- For your confidence and safety, we will not accept refunds or exchanges for any returning helmet if the item(s) has been worn on a motorcycle or if the visor sticker has been removed.
2. Faulty or Wrongly Supplied Goods. Goods supplied incorrectly or faulty must be notified within 7 days of receipt by phone (0800 130 3377), or by email ([email protected]).
- If you need to return the goods and have not organised a free return with our online team, please use any recorded delivery service. We will not accept any responsibility for goods “lost in transit”.
- For heavy, bulky or large goods we can arrange the collection for you, but please call a member of the online team to arrange a free return.
- Goods can also be returned to any Infinity Motorcycle Store with proof of purchase.
3. Warranty Returns. If an item you have purchased from InfinityMotorcycles.com develops a fault/problem within the warranty period please call 0800 130 3377 or email [email protected] to discuss the best means of rectifying the problem.
- If the fault is not obvious we will need to send the item to the supplier or manufacturer for testing. Please note this can sometimes take up to 4 weeks depending on the item and the fault or longer depending on if the item has to be sent overseas.
- If the item is found to be faulty it will be repaired, replaced or refunded. Please arrange a free return with us online. The return is free of charge for UK residents only (i.e. excluding Highlands and Islands). For any warranties outside of the UK, the return postage is your responsibility.
- In the event that the fault is found to be due to misuse, damage sustained after purchase or subject to normal wear and tear, we will contact you to find out whether you would like the item returned or repaired if a repair is possible. In this case, the cost of repair and return postage would be at your expense.
In-store Order Returns
Items bought in error may be exchanged for goods of the same value or for credit vouchers only if bought back, unused within 14 days with proof of purchase, with the exception of Crash Helmets (See our helmet policy) and Back Protectors, which we cannot accept back once they have left the premises due to safety implications.
Special Order Items and Sale Items may only be exchanged or refunded if they are found to be faulty or defective with the receipt.
Refunds will only be given on faulty or defective goods with proof of purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
MOTORCYCLE SHOW ORDER RETURNS
Items purchased at the Motorcycle Live show at NEC Birmingham or the Carole Nash MCN Motorcycle Show at Excel London may be exchanged for goods of the same value if provided with a receipt within 90 days of purchase.
Refunds will only be given on faulty or defective goods with a receipt within 30 days of purchase. After this date passes, we will follow usual warranty protocols. Please email [email protected] or call 0800 130 3377 for more information.
At your request, we will issue you a free returns label via Parcelforce to send the items back to our warehouse, wherein we will prepare your exchange/refund.
We may require evidence or proof of purchase from the show before an exchange or refund is authorised.
Mail-order items purchased at the show (anything dispatched from our warehouse or stores) are valid for refunds and exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Helmet Policy
The helmet exchange policy, which in addition to your statutory rights, entitles you to exchange only a helmet bought in-store with a valid receipt within 7 days of purchase.
Helmets bought online are still covered by our standard 90 day returns policy. Used helmets with a proven manufactuer fault can be returned for a refund/exchange within 30 days. Any return created after 30 days would be subject to a warranty claim and cannot be returned for an immediate refund (see section 3 of our Online Returns Terms & Conditions).
When returning either in-store or online, helmets must not have been worn on the road and must remain in original condition and returned to us with the following:
- Original box
- Manual
- Helmet bag
- All included accessories
- Visor sticker must still be attached
- Pinlock NOT fitted unless fitted from factory
Our aim is to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. When purchasing in-store, we allow you the right to try a helmet on in the comfort of your own home for up to 7 days to ensure that it is the correct product for you.
