By entering a competition via Infinity Motorcycles’ social media platforms, you are accepting the following terms & conditions:

1. Entry is open to UK residents only. If under 18 you must obtain permission in advance from a parent or guardian to enter and be able to demonstrate that to the judges' satisfaction.
2. The giveaway is not open to Infinity Motorcycles’ employees and their relatives, or any other company linked to the giveaway. 
3. The competition closes Thursday 2nd February 2023. Entries made after this time will not be accepted. 
4. The contest is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) only. This competition is not open to Infinity Motorcycles or RDM UK Limited employees and their relatives, or any other company linked to the giveaway.
5. To enter, the entrant must have completed the relevant requirements: for Facebook: Like the post, Leave a comment. For Twitter: Follow @InfinityMoto, Retweet the post, Reply with hashtag #InfinityMotorcycles and tag a friend. For Instagram; Like the post, Tag a friend, Follow the Infinity Motorcycles.
6. This Prize Draw is running across Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, entries will be pulled from both platforms for winner selection. The winner will be selected via a random number generator.
7. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. All entries will automatically become the property of the Promoter.
8. The winner will be chosen within 48 working hours after the promotion period has ended.
9. The prize consists of 1 x pair of MCN London Motorcycle Show tickets. This prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. We reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
10. Tickets are for either Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Tickets cannot be exchanged for monetary value. Travel and Food is not included.
11. If you are the lucky winner, you will need to provide your email address, contact phone number and home address as instructed at the time of being announced as our winner. Further details will then be provided by Infinity Motorcycles as to how you claim your prize.
12. No purchase is necessary, however, you will need an internet connection and access to Instagram. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the promotion, including in relation to the use of the internet.
13. We reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent or based on misconduct.
14. The winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize from the date that they are announced as a winner. After this time we reserve the right to select a new winner.
15. Winner will be contacted directly by Infinity Motorcycles official Facebook/Twitter/Instagram page. Winner will need to provide contact details and their preferred ticket date. These details will be sent by Infinity Motorcycles to the event organisers (Bauer Media) in order to receive your complimentary e-tickets.
16. The promoter's decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
17. By taking part in this promotion, all participants consent to us collecting, storing and using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this promotion.
18. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be used for marketing purposes without the individual's prior consent.
19. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. You are providing your information to Infinity Motorcycles and not to Instagram. By participating in this promotion you agree to a complete release of Facebook or Instagram from any claims.
20. Infinity Motorcycles shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
21. The promoter does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed. For example, as a result of network, system development, computer or telecommunications failures or fault of any kind - including any hardware, programming code, databases or software used in the promotion.
22. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend without notice this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
23. This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
