How to leave a review

STEP 1:

Find the product you want to review: the easiest way your product is to use our search bar, but you can also find it by navigating our user-friendly website.

STEP 2:

Head to the top right of the product page and click on 'Avg Rating' to be taken straight to the Customer Reviews section. Alternatively, you can also scroll to the bottom of the page.

STEP 3:

Click "Write a Review" and get typing: be witty, be informative, and rate your recommendation out of five stars!

Once you have finished, click "Submit" and your review will be sent for approval from us. If approved, your score will affect the overall rating of the product and will be viewable for anyone to read!

Monthly Prize Draw Terms and Conditions:

• All product reviews submitted between Thursday 25th February 2021 and Thursday 25th March 2021 will be eligible for the prize draw.
• Winners will be notified by email on Friday 26th March 2021, so please ensure you provide your correct email address when leaving a review.
• Winners will be decided at random to win a £50 voucher, and a further two entries will be selected to win the £25 voucher and £10 voucher. We are limiting one prize per winner.
• Gift vouchers must be used on our website, or in-store and are redeemable on any order excluding postage.
• Vouchers are not transferable and have no cash value.
• You can leave multiple reviews to increase your chances in the draw, but these must be for different products to be eligible for entry.
• Leaving multiple reviews will increase your chances in the draw, but reviews must be for different products. Duplicate reviews and entries counted as spam will not be counted.
• By submitting a review, you give us consent to use your name in an announcement post on our social media.
• If you wish to opt-out of the prize draw when leaving a review then please contact us.
