2 Years

All AGV helmets sold by Infinity Motorcycle come with a minimum 2-year warranty.

5 years warranty for the Pista GP, Corsa, and GT Veloce

4 years warranty for the K5, K3, and K3 SV

3 years warranty for any other model, including MDS and Diesel helmets

Register Extended Warranty

This warranty shall apply to any Product seen to have conformity flaws and/or malfunctions that could not be seen at the time of purchase, as long as the Product has been used correctly and with due diligence and, therefore, in respect of its intended purpose and the instructions given in any technical documentation, in compliance with the various operative indications given therein.

This warranty shall not apply in the case of negligence or lack of care in Product use and maintenance.

Products without an invoice or sales receipt, which makes it impossible to establish the date and origin of sale, and also due to the risk of illegal or illicit provenance.

 

Airhawk

6 Months

These warranties do not apply to:

  • Damage caused by accident
  • Abuse
  • Misuse
  • Fire, or other acts of nature or external causes
  • Damage caused by operating the AIRHAWK® product outside AIRHAWK®’s published guidelines
  • Damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized service provider AIRHAWK®
  • Damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the prior written permission of AIRHAWK®

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

Please note that this does not include consumable items such as batteries, brake pads, bulbs etc, unless otherwise stated.

The liability of Oxford Products Ltd is limited to the cost of repair and/or replacement of the product under warranty and does not include refunds or cash exchanges.

Register Extended Warranty

At the sole discretion of Arai, any Arai helmet or Arai helmet part found by Arai or its authorized agents to be defective in materials and/or workmanship and to be serviceable for properly fitted use within 5 years of the date of purchase, but no more than 7 years from the date of manufacture, will be repaired or replaced, free of charge to the original purchaser, when returned freight prepaid to the address provided by Arai.

Arai has the right to request information from you to establish that the helmet meets the above serviceability requirements, including, but not limited to, proof of purchase. 

The warranty will be invalidated in the following cases:

  • Modification (excluding repairs) made by the user or third parties
  • Removal
  • Defacement or tampering of the Snell certification serial number
  • Normal wear and tear to painted surfaces
  • Abnormal treatment
  • Abuse to the helmet interior

This warranty also does not cover:

  • Chips
  • Scratches
  • Abrasions
  • Incidental damage to the helmet’s outer shell
  • Painted surfaces
  • Face shield caused by contact with another surface or object

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

These Limited Product Warranties are non-transferable and does not apply to a product or part of a product that has been:

  • Cosmetic damage - such as scratches and dents
  • Damage or defects caused by use with non-Beeline products
  • Accident
  • Abuse
  • Misuse
  • Mishandling
  • Flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Aging of the product, such as discolouration or stretching
  • Operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by Beeline
  • Not in accordance with instructions provided by Beeline
  • With improper voltage, power supply or installation 

Our navigation products are intended to be used only as a travel aid and must not be used for any purpose requiring precise measurement of direction, distance, location or topography.

Beeline makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of map data in its Products.

No Beeline reseller, distributor, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to these Limited Product Warranties.

In no event shall Cardo be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages, whether resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use this product or from defects in the product, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from the use of the product, whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Subject to the applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, your Product is covered by a Two-Year Limited product warranty from the date of original purchase.

Register Extended Warranty

Warranties will be invalidated if the Product is used or washed in a manner that is not appropriate for the Product or in line with the instructions/warnings given in this respect by the Seller, or as specified in the reference presentation material, on the tags or on the labels.

This warranty shall apply to any Product seen to have conformity flaws and/or malfunctions that could not be seen at the time of purchase, as long as the Product has been used correctly and with due diligence and, therefore, in respect of its intended purpose and the instructions given in any technical documentation, in compliance with the various operative indications given therein. This warranty shall not apply in the case of negligence or lack of care in Product use and maintenance.

The warranty is personal and shall, therefore, only apply to the original buyer. It is reserved exclusively to the Clients of the Seller classified as Consumers and not traders, retailers, etc. Non-Consumer purchasers who re-sell the product do so without any warranties, and failure to advise subsequent purchasers of the lack of warranty shall be a misrepresentation by the re-seller and shall be deemed an unauthorized re-sale.

If you fail to operate or use the Products in accordance with the user instructions;

  • Any alteration or repair by you or by a third party who is not one of our authorised repairers; or
  • Any specification provided by you

 

Falco

1 Year

Following this claim, the Consumer will have the right to request the fixing or replacement of the Product without prejudice to other rights provided by the law in favour of the Consumer.

By virtue of the legal guarantee above, FALCO is responsible for all conformity defects that occur within two years from the delivery of the product.

Beyond this term, FALCO will not be responsible for the conformity defects found by the Consumer.

In case of replacement or fixing of the Product, the terms of the warranty for the Product given as a replacement or resulting from the fixing are the same as the original product.

Therefore, the two-year legal guarantee will, in any case, start from the delivery of the original product.

In order to achieve the warranty, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Moto and Bicycle gear (pants/jersey/gloves), along with boots, goggles, protection and the Patrol line, are covered under a 1-year warranty from the date of original purchase.

Helmets carry a 3-year warranty from the date of the original purchase.

Street, Adventure (excludes Patrol Line) Watercraft products and all other products not listed above are covered under a 2-year warranty from the date of the original purchase.

This warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, improper use, natural breakdown of colours/materials over time, or normal wear and tear.

FLY Racing’s warranty is not applicable if:

  • Damage is due to a crash
  • Damage is due to improper use
  • Damage is due to a natural breakdown of colors/materials over time
  • Normal wear and tear

Some examples of damage not covered by Warranty are:

  • Materials that have been snagged, ripped, torn, punctured or burned
  • Faded from sun exposure, improper washing care or failure to follow FLY Racing’s care instructions

 

Furygan

2 Years

All our products are guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase.

The receipt is the proof of purchase, remember to keep it.

If you encounter a problem with a product, please contact Infinity Motorcycles, which will contact our after-sales service.

Furygan's warranty is not applicable for general wear and tear.

 

Garmin

2 Years

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks and dents
  • Consumable parts, such as batteries, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship
  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes
  • Damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized service provider of Garmin
  • Damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of Garmin
  • Damage to a product that has been connected to power and/or data cables that are not supplied by Garmin

In addition, Garmin reserves the right to refuse warranty claims against products or services that are obtained and/or used in contravention of the laws of any country.

  • If it is not fit for the purpose for which goods of the same type are normally used
  • If it does not conform to the description given by the seller and does not possess the qualities of the goods that the seller has presented to the consumer as a sample or model
  • If it does not have the usual qualities and performances of an asset of the same type, which the consumer can reasonably expect, also taking into account the declarations made in advertising or in the labelling
  • If it is not suitable for the particular use desired by the consumer and that has been brought to the attention of the seller by the time of conclusion of the contract and that the seller has accepted
  • Any faults or malfunctions caused by accidental facts or by the user's responsibility
  • Use of the product that is not in conformity with its intended use and/or as provided in the technical documentation attached to the product

Our liability is limited to such replacement or repair, which shall be deemed a complete fulfilment of our contract.

In the event of any article being faulty in materials or workmanship when delivered, notification must be made to us within 7 days and we are to be allowed a reasonable time to enable us to replace or repair any article, providing that all faulty articles are returned to us in the state in which they were supplied by us.

We shall be under no liability for faulty parts damaged in transit whether due to unsatisfactory packaging or otherwise.

NEXX Helmets cannot be held responsible in relation to the product, nor is the company liable for any warranty, in the following cases:

  • Helmets without a type-approval label
  • Any damage caused by impact due to a fall or accident
  • Aesthetical (scratches, cracks, etc)
  • Functional damage owing to impact from the road or impact with the ground or solid objects during the use or transport of the helmet
  • Inadequate use of components and accessories (visors, peaks, etc)
  • Damage or wear of interior linings resulting from normal use and/or abuse
  • Alterations and/or installation of accessories which do not belong to NEXX (Glue, adhesive products, paints, fasteners, etc)
  • Inadequate adjustment: it is the user’s responsibility to ensure a proper adjustment at the moment of purchase
  • Use of or contact with harmful chemicals or exposure to sources of intense heat
  • Inadequate use: abnormal conditions (for example, immersion in water), lack of maintenance or care, inadequate handling or packaging, improper handling of components or accessories such as visors, peaks etc
  • Ageing due to the normal wear of internal fibres or foam, and the visual aspect of exterior parts or visors (scratches, marks, etc)
  • Loss of colour intensity or wearing out of the colours (especially Neon and Mate) due to prolonged exposure to ultraviolet light, decorative lights, inclement weather or various other sources and types of dirt

The occurrence of any of the aspects referred to above absolves the Nexx Helmets brand of any responsibility.

Apart from the above cases, NEXX Helmets cannot consider the following subjective situations as being defects covered by the warranty:

  • Aesthetic nuances
  • Problems related to comfort, size, noises or small-scale resonance, aerodynamics, etc.

Oakley does not warrant any:

  • Lens scratches
  • Alteration
  • Misuse

The customer’s exclusive remedy for a breach of warranty will be the repair or replacement of the item as determined by Oakley.

The warranty does not affect the legal rights of customers under applicable state or national laws governing the sale of consumer goods.

RICHA offers a 2-year warranty on the full collection: motorcycle jackets, pants, jeans, gloves, rain clothing, functional underwear, boots, and shoes.

RICHA products produced with the GORE-TEX membrane (e.g., waterproofing and breathability) are subject to the GORE-TEX "Guaranteed to keep you dry" warranty.

Please note proof of purchase will be required to invoke the legal or commercial guarantee.

Please also note that if your product is under warranty but cannot be repaired, Richa will replace you with a new product.

RICHA is not able to offer a warranty on the following:

  • Products purchased second-hand
  • Natural wear and tear
  • Products after having been involved in an accident, crash, or any kind of bad treatment
  • Items where the washing or handling instructions have not been adhered to as shown on the labels provided with the product.

 

Rokker

Register Extended Warranty

We grant a 5-year warranty for material or production defects.

Within the period of 5 years, faulty articles can be reported against the presentation of the proof of purchase.

After consultation with us, a quick and uncomplicated solution will be sought.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Defects due to poor care, fit, natural wear and tear and natural fading of colours and materials
  • Rips, holes, burn marks, lint and alterations in size are also not included in the guarantee
  • Alterations will invalidate the guarantee
  • Burn holes caused by exhaust systems

Above-average heat sensation on the skin is due to the heat development on newer motorbike models from EURONORM 4 onwards and is, therefore not a warranty case.

 

RST

2 Years

The warranty for products is 2 years.

The warranty for heated glove batteries is 1 year.

If you fail to operate or use the Products in accordance with the user instructions:

  • Any alteration or repair by you or by a third party who is not one of our authorised repairers
  • Any specification provided by you.

Register Extended Warranty

If the object of sale has a defect, we shall be entitled, at our discretion, to choose between subsequent performance in the form of a remedy of defects or the delivery of a new, defect-free object.

In case of the justified notice of defects, we shall, however, only bear the required expenditures for the elimination of the defect – such as wage costs, material, transport and road costs – if these expenditures are not increased due to the fact that a delivery objective is retroactively brought to another location than the customer's registered office unless this movement is in accordance with the intended use.

The customer shall bear any additional costs which are incurred due to the customer not deciding on the most economical transport or dispatch route.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear to the finished and painted surfaces

  • Other damage to the helmet’s outer shell, painted surfaces, and faceshield is caused by contact with another surface or object

Sena will not be liable for damages to the product that occur due to the following events:

  • The product is misused or used for purposes other than its intended purposes
  • The product is damaged because the user does not follow the content of the product manual
  • The product is damaged because it has been left unattended or has undergone any other accident
  • The product is damaged because the user has used any parts or software which are not provided by the manufacturer
  • The product is damaged because the user has disassembled, repaired, or modified it in such a way as is not explained in the product manual
  • The product is damaged by a third party
  • The product is damaged due to natural disasters (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disasters)
  • The surface of the product is damaged by use

What is not covered by the Shark guarantee?

  • Normal wear and tear, such as brush bar, fuse, belt, batteries etc
  • Accidental damage, faults caused by negligent use or care, misuse, neglect, careless operation
  • Handling of the vacuum cleaner which is not in accordance with the Shark Operating Manual supplied with your machine
  • Use of parts not assembled or installed in accordance with the operating instructions
  • Use of parts and accessories which are not Shark Genuine Components
  • Faulty installation (except where installed by Shark)
  • Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than Shark or its agents

This warranty does not apply to any helmet that has been subject to:

  • Accident
  • Misuse
  • Abuse (intentional or otherwise)
  • Negligence
  • Tampering
  • Modifications
  • Improper maintenance

In addition, fluorescent paints used in certain models of SHOEI helmets are not covered by this Warranty and may fade or degrade with the passage of time and the exposure of the helmet to the environmental elements.

 

Sidi

1 Year

This warranty does not cover any representation or warranty made by a dealer beyond the provisions of this warranty.

If you are asked to return your boots or shoes for service, please remove any non-SIDI items, such as cleats or insoles.

Any extra items will only be returned by request at the owner’s expense.

 

Simpson

2 Years

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

Please note that this does not include consumable items such as batteries, brake pads, bulbs etc, unless otherwise stated.

The liability of Oxford Products Ltd is limited to the cost of repair and/or replacement of the product under warranty and does not include refunds or cash exchanges.

It is invalidated if unauthorised persons carry out any alterations and/or repairs.

The warranty will also be invalidated in the following cases:

  • A domestic product is used in a commercial environment
  • Repair is required for any product where the serial number has been removed/tampered with
  • Repair to any product where reasonable wear-and-tear is expected
  • The product is counterfeit or has been used in conjunction with other counterfeit products
  • The product was purchased from an un-authorised reseller
  • Misuse
  • Neglect
  • Tampering
  • If the fitting/use of the product is outside of the instructions/ guidelines provided by Oxford Products Ltd

In some cases, SPADA can repair damaged items that are not covered within our warranty agreement for a reasonable rate.

Spada will charge a small fee for return shipping.

All warranty determinations will be made by TCX, which reserves the right to repair, replace, or issue credit for valid warranty returns in line with the TCX warranty policy.

TCX shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

The TCX warranty department will need a copy of the sales receipt. Infinity is able to look into this on a case-by-case basis.

A picture of the boot/show with the problem (side view), a picture (close-up) of the problem, and a picture of the inside tag (it has some code numbers TCX uses for internal product tracking).

 

TomTom

This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear or as a result of the Product being opened
  • Repaired by someone not authorized by TomTom
  • Misuse
  • Moisture
  • Liquids
  • Proximity or exposure to heat and accident
  • Abuse
  • Non-compliance with the instructions supplied with the Product
  • Neglect
  • Misapplication
  • Physical damage to the surface of the Product
  • Any Services, Apps, User Contributed Data or Third Party Material that may accompany or be installed on the Product or obtained by you via the Services, Apps or TomTom Websites

The limited warranty does not cover the installation, removal or maintenance of the Product or any costs related herewith.

TomTom does not provide any commercial or other warranties in respect of the Products in addition to the limited warranty stated in these Terms and Conditions.

This limited warranty is the only express warranty made to you and is provided in place of any other express warranties or similar obligations (if any) created by any advertising, documentation, packaging, or other communications.

 

Ultimate Addons

Please note that the warranty does not apply to any:

  • Defects in the goods arising from fair wear and tear
  • Wilful damage
  • Accident
  • Negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than in accordance with its intended use
