Alpinestars Supertech R Boots
The Alpinestars Supertech R are long racing boots with TPU features and micro-fibre panels.
This racing boot upper is constructed using microfibre with a dedicated laser perforation zone that provides optimum breathability and abrasion resistance while also delivering high levels of flexibility. The sole is made using a lightweight rubber which provides excellent grip on pegs. Furthermore, the bio-mechanical inner bootie is constructed from a 3D mesh material for a greater structure which improves rider comfort. The rear bellow is constructed in stretch microfibre for improved natural front and back movement, as well as this, the top gaiter is made in a microfibre material with TPU over injection for enhanced prehensility. This boot also has a hook and loop closure that secures the puller zip and remains in position.
These boots are equipped with a replaceable co-injected TPU toe slider with a screw system that protects the toe area against abrasion resistance. The heel plate slider design offers increased sliding performance and protection in the case of an impact. Another characteristic of the Supertech is a synthetic microfibre panel on the side to help against abrasion as well as the TPU shifter which improves protection on the lower medial side.

The Heritage of Alpinestars
Alpinestars take their name from the Italian mountain flower Stella Alpina, known to grow in the mountains around Sante Mazzarolo’s home town of Asolo, in northern Italy. Stella Alpina, means, well, “Alpine Star” in English. They have carried their origins with them proudly as they have grown and developed into a unique company dedicated to really high quality motorcycle clothing.
They began by making hiking boots and ski boots, branched out into making motocross boots and road racing boots, and from there became one of the most well-regarded manufacturers of motorcycle clothing in Europe.
Never content to rest on their laurels, Alpinestars have taken engineering inspiration from every spot they tough, all of which has helped their motorcycle clothing range cater for every conceivable need. From Dale Earnhardt Jr’s striking Alpinestars gloves in NASCAR to Jenson Button’s Racing boots and gloves, these drivers help inform and shape Alpinestars’ motorcycle range with fresh and innovative insights.
