Bike Seal Puncture Prevention System 550ml
Bike Seal is a unique puncture prevention system for your motorcycle tyres, capable of sealing up to 15mm punctures and protecting against 95% of tread area punctures.
Made from a non-damaging, non-corrosive formula of state-of-the-art Aramid fibres (the same used in bulletproof vests), Bike Seal is eco-friendly, extremely easy to apply, and can save you time and money on new tyres. This sealant has been extensively tested and approved for use within the US, UK and NATO Armed Forces, and is widely used within the UK's Blue Light Emergency Services.
How does it work? Once applied, if a puncture occurs, air pressure and gyroscopic forces, force fibres and filler particles in the Bike Seal to seal and form a plug over the puncture. The continued rotation of the wheel increases the seal, which prevents further loss of pressure within the tyre, and happens so quickly that any rider will be unaware of any puncture occurring. This is 95% effective on tubeless tyres and 75% effective on tubed tyres.
This means the product remains in solution, will not harden, and has a freezing point of -35c. Once opened, the bottle can be reused indefinitely, and has no expiry date. Each bottle contains enough formula to fully protect 1 x motorcycle (2 tyres), comes with a telescopic delivery cap, an extension cable if required, and a valve core removal tool, as well as easy to follow instructions to protect your tyres.

The Director is an Advanced Motorcyclist, Free Wheelers member and IAM Observer. He stumbled across this sealant product having spent in excess of 2k within 18 months on new tyres, due to punctures. Frustrated by numerous other products which were a quick fix and temporary measure, which proved expensive and ineffective; he worked with the UK importer to provide an effective delivery system for this innovative product. This led to the formation of the family run company, Bike-Seal and subsequently Auto-Seal.
As the tyre rotates, the sealant spreads evenly over the inside surface.This is a mechanical process not a chemical reaction. Immediately a puncture occurs the air pressure in the tyre forces fibre particles and fillers suspended in the sealant to interlock, forming an airtight plug which prevents further air loss.This action is completed within 2-3 wheel rotations. It happens so fast that riders will often be unaware of the occurrence of a puncture. Later when a tyre is inspected, the cause of a puncture such as a nail can be safely removed. No further action is necessary the plug is permanent.

Great product with that extra peace of mind
Easy to place web order and delivered very promptly. Used Bike Seal in my last 3 motorcycles. My current Triumph Trident is still on the original Pilot 5 rear tyre at 15,000 miles with plenty of tread left for another few thousand more miles.
Easy to use
Do a lot of touring so this is ideal as hopefully wont get a puncture but you never know. Best to be on the safe side with this simple to use prevention kit
After cure
gave this a go after i had a puncture( flint) in rear 190/50x17 new tyre, never gave me any issues, use it in every new tyre front and rear worth every penny.
Easy to use
Based on numerous positive reviews, I decided to use this with my brand new set of Angel GT2s. Straightforward to install, and hopefully it will work as advertised in the event of a puncture, possibly saving me from coming off in the process.
Hope will never try it
It's my second bottle for over 8k miles didn't see any puncture or any of this stuff under bike, when changing tyres there was a bit mess but nothing very sticky. I'm now on my 5th set of tyres, on every set I was having small or bigger puncture don't know if it was just luck or this product work, I will not try my luck again. After putting bike-seal in I didn't need extra wheel balancing
Bloomin good stuff
I must say i was a little sceptical when josh from infinity southampton recommended putting this in my tyres. But as i had just had to replace 2 brand new tyres because some twerp seemed to have emptied a bucket of nails all over the road. I thought i would give it a try. £25 ish pounds later the stuff was in. 200 miles later so was a great big tyre killing nail. I did as instructed pulled the bugger out and span the wheel. Sorted. No leeks no problems. Happy chappy. Admittedly when i replaced the tyre when it ran out of tread. The garage complained about the muck inside. But i pay for them to get their hands dirty. So tough. All my tyres have this in now. Car as well. Well worth the money spent.
