The Falco Safary is a military-style short boot with a built-in, waterproof High-Tex membrane and a punched, oil-treated leather upper. Ideal for all-season wear, these boots are super lightweight with enough protection and abrasion-resistance to be classed CE approved.
Made from full-grain, punch-vented leather that provides direct airflow to your foot, the boots are tear and abrasion-resistant, are backed up by a waterproof and breathable High-Tex membrane that beads water off the surface of the shoe. The anti-slip Vibram sole sports a massive tread and is crush-proof so injury is not caused by the bike falling on your foot.
In terms of protection, the Safary boots boast D30 ankle cup inserts, a hard-wearing rubber toe and heel reinforcements. The elastic calf area provides freedom of movement, while the lace-fastening that runs along the front offer a military-style that is perfect for hiking!

Very comfortable boots but definitely not waterproof
I have been really impressed with the fit and comfort of these boots, they are also lightweight and at the current price, a good deal. However, they definitely are not waterproof. Having ridden through an hour of rain the boots are wet in the toe area inside. Other than that, great boots.
