The Knox Rydal ladies' jeans are a single-layer AA-rated denim trouser with CE-approved Micro-Lock Compact armour and a stretchy, tapered fit.
The Rydal is a classic style jean with a black denim wash designed for women. Made from a blend of highly abrasion-resistant nylon, woven with denim cotton and stretchable elastane, the jeans combine the comfort and style of regular denim with the cut, tear and abrasion resistance of a much bulkier pair of motorcycle trousers.
CE level 1 Knox Micro-Lock Compact armour can be found at the knees and hips, which can be accessed externally for when you want to hop on and off the bike.
Micro-Lock Compact is designed to be thinner and lighter than previous iterations, is soft to touch initially but locks in place when met with an impact, hardening instantly to reduce the force passed on to your body in an accident.
The Rydal jeans feature a traditional, easy-to-wear tapered leg, YKK zips, the usual jean pockets including two deep front pockets and two back pockets, and a stylish faux leather patch with embossed branding can be found on the waist.

Waist: Measure around the natural waistline. This will usually be the smallest part.
Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips. As a guide, this is often 7.5 inches (20cm) below your waist.
Inside Leg: Measure from the top of your inside leg to your ankle. You should do this whilst standing to get a more accurate measure. We have 2 leg lengths for women, 30″ (Regular) and 28″ (Short Leg).
Please note: The measurements given are body measurements; we recommend you not measure over the clothing. Also, please hold the tape measure firm and not loosely, as the measurement needs to be fitted. We recommend you go down one size if you measure in between sizes. E.g. measure the waist 27 inches, and go down to 26 inches.
