This durable, showerproof strap-on tank bag is fantastic for your first dabble with motorcycle luggage. This Oxford 18 litre tank bag is part of the new F-1 range from Oxford, which is taking over from the First Time collection. It is made of a tough Rip Stop nylon material, so it can stand up to scrapes and knocks, as well as regular everyday use.
Easy to use and packed with features. As well as being rugged, the F-1 S18 is really simple to attach. Adding things to your first bike can seem daunting, but this bag is incredibly easy to a fit, reading the included instructions will offer more information. The inner liner is shower-proof, so great for light rain but not for heavy downpours, there's an external pocket for riding glasses or wallet and whatnot, and a carry handle for easy transportation when off the bike. To remove from the tank when you head into the shops, the S18 has a removable base, so you don't have to fiddle with the straps every time. Another great feature is that it comes with 5 colour inserts for personalising the luggage to fit your bike's paintwork. This tank bag also comes in a magnetic version for metal tanks.
