A long-running success story, Oxford Products are based just outside their namesake University City. Started in 1973, Oxford Products have gone from strength to strength and now export their own products to 60 countries worldwide, as well as distributing some World Class brands like HJC Helmets and Alpinestars.
Oxford Products themselves have led the way in a few areas too; Oxford Lifetime Luggage is the benchmark soft luggage-travel anywhere in the world and if there are bikes, there will be Oxford Luggage fitted to some of them. Hotgrips by Oxford Products are second to none – some clever technology (for example, if your battery voltage drops, the Oxford Hotgrips know to cut out rather than completely kill your battery) means they are the choice of riders like the Russian Police force. Since many of the staff at Oxford Products are active motorcyclists, products are tested and developed in the UK, in the same weather and conditions as most of our customers and us.
If you’re reading this thinking about tucking your motorbike away for the colder months, may we suggest you look at the range of Oxford Products Battery Optimisers – great value and offer at least as many features as the competition. Many of our customers use their Oxford Products battery optimisers on cars and even boats - an Oxford Optimiser 600 has saved many of us here from unplanned battery purchases for the last few years!

Oxford Stormex Bike Cover
This is the 2nd (medium size) Oxford Stormex Bike cover I'm buying in about 4 years. The first one protected my then brand new YZF-R125 from all the elements in the Garden, be it unending rainstorms, blistering sun spells or the very worst of winter. The last one never leaked, was lined inside so never scratched the paintwork, and was cleverly vented. I bought a new one only because after 4 years algae started to discolor it, and the sun bleached it light grey. Still, my bike looks brand new after 4 years in the garden, and has no rust! It seemed logical to buy another Oxford Stormex to protect it for another 4 years! Great value for money methinks!
Love, love, love this cover. I had a motorcycle cover previously but I went for an unbranded low range one which was my first mistake as it was constantly blowing off and it wouldnt stay on the bike despite my best efforts. I therefore decided to splash out on the Stormex cover, its bulky and heavy but it keeps the bike dry. My bike is out in all weathers and this cover hasnt let me down yet. It has holes at either end for a chain lock, which I use for one end and at the other I use a bungy strap to keep it secure. It also has a belly strap for added tightening. The inside of the cover is soft so it doesnt scratch the bike and I am not hesistant to put it over the hot exhaust. All in all I am very happy with this cover, I bought a Medium, which fits snug over my Yamaha R3, maybe for easy of fitting I should have gone for a large as it is snug but its by no means too small. Hope this helps.
