With the proven fit of its predecessor and huge upgrade in spec, the TracTech Evo III WP massively over delivers in all areas. The new hard wearing sole is bonded to the 360 heel cockpit, this in-turn is attached to the rear ankle support structure preventing over flexion and extension of the ankle. The redesigned shin plate offers increased protection from impacts, as does the enlarged toe-box. The attention to detail even stretches to different sized shift pads dependant on the boot size. To ensure you stay dry we use our proven SinAqua WP breathable membrane. Lovely comfortable and waterproof - and protective
Worn for touring, not for commuting. 8k miles including much walking. Comfortable on the bike, comfortable off the bike. Not too warm (ridden in 35C) nor too cold (ridden in <5C). Waterproof after hours in massive rain that I never wish to ride in again. Gloves were sodden but boots were damp on the outside and socks were dry.
The zips have a tab to put on the Velcro but the tabs are not very strong and come off. Otherwise, they’ve worn well.
Dropped the bike (R1200RT) on a v slow turn once and didn’t get out from under fast enough. Boot worked well to protect my ankle.
Didn't last long
Bought these boots about a year and a half ago. Comfortable and once worn in they are easy to zip up, however they began falling a part rather quickly. The velcro on the zip went within a couple of months but I wasnt to bothered, the outside circular parts then when a few months ago. I got caught in triennial rain the other day and by the time I got home my feet were swimming ( also have the gloves to match and they were the same). The soles are in bits and the side hard plastic on the side of the boot is now coming away from the rest of it.
Comfortable but not waterproof.
Purchased these from Infinity August 2018 after seeing reports that they are "waterproof". First heavy rain test and I had wet feet. Returned under warranty June 2019 and received replacement pair. These replacements let in water and I had wet feet again. Because the original warranty run out 2 months ago so I'm stuck with these, I'll have to put a plastic bag over my feet if I ride in the rain.
These are comfortable .
Wearing leather trousers inside the boot makes zipping up difficult.
Great quality, robust boots
I bought these boots in December 2018, and have been using them almost daily, in all weather conditions since then for my work commute.
Excellent, fast delivery service from Infinity as always.
It took me a little while to get used to wearing these boots, because they are superior to my previous ones. They feel much more robust and are of a better quality. You can feel that they're offering support in all the right places. After a couple of weeks getting used to the boots, I found them very comfortable to wear.
Having worn the boots in torrential downpours, I have not experienced any leaks, so they have remained waterproof so far, and they also keep my feet warm in cold weather.
I would definitely buy the same boots again in the future, and would highly recommend them.
