We at Infinity Motorcycles try to ensure that this website is accurate, but we're only human. We accept no responsibility for any loss which may be construed to be as a result of relying on information contained in infinitymotorcycles.com, or in respect of any omissions or errors. Infinity Motorcycles give no warranty to any of the information contained on infinitymotorcycles.com.
If we are informed of any errors or inaccuracies in the material on the site we will correct the errors or inaccuracies as soon as possible. To the extent allowed by law, by using infinitymotorcycles.com you agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any consequential or incidental damages (including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, loss of privacy and loss of data) or any other indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever that arise out of or are related to the infinitymotorcycles.com site or your use of it.
Prices on our website include V.A.T. at the current rate, but not delivery or insurance charges. The prices are subject to change due to factors outside of Infinity Motorcycles control, we will do our best to avoid passing on any increase, but if we are unable to, we will contact you and you may cancel the order if the price rise is unacceptable to you. If we discover an error with the prices of your order we will contact you to resolve the situation.
Promotional discount codes which are offered to our customers are available to use online & in our Infinity stores (depending on the offer described). Promotional codes are excluded for the use with Infinity E-Vouchers, Gift Vouchers, finance deposits and certain brands - Belstaff, Rokker & Rev'it!. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other active promotional code and they have a minimum spend value of £30 online. Money off promotional codes/vouchers have no monetary value and cannot be transferred.
Our acceptance of an order takes place on dispatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made.The responsibility for the goods is ours until you are in receipt of the goods. Goods will not be shipped until paid in full. We will make every effort to dispatch your order as soon as possible, but we cannot be held liable for events out of our control, such as suppliers running out of stock or mistakes made by any courier company.
With the exception of Special Orders, you may cancel your order without reason and be provided with a full refund if within 30 days of placing the order prior to dispatch. With the exception of Special Orders, you can return any unused items to us within 7 days; see our Returns Procedure page for details on how to do this. If we discover a pricing error between your order being placed and your order being dispatched, we reserve the right to remove the product from sale and inform you accordingly. Should this be the case we will do our best to resolve this situation with you.
We do our best to send every order as soon as possible, with the aim of you receiving your order within two working days of placing your order. If this is not possible, we will contact you as soon as possible. If an item is no longer available, we may offer an alternative, if you accept, but on delivery decide the item is unsuitable, we will pay the return postage charges and a refund.

We warrant that all goods supplied by Infinity Motorcycles will comply in all material respects with their description and that they will be of a satisfactory standard. The goods will be fit for the purpose that we say the goods are fit for or for any reasonable purpose that you use the goods and that that will be free from any material defects in design or workmanship.
Warranty and Liability
The warranty on the goods does not apply to any defect arising from; fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident damage or negligence by you or any third party, using the goods in any way that we do not recommend or your failure to follow instructions regarding their use or carrying out alterations to goods without our written approval.
We do not give refunds if the goods you have purchased are not faulty, we will if possible, exchange the goods or issue gift vouchers to the value of the original purchase but only if they are returned within 30 days of purchase with the original tags and are in perfect condition. Proof of purchase must be produced, this can be a till receipt, credit card statement or a Bank statement. Consumer law states that you cannot return goods to a store for a refund if you are not happy with the size, colour, fit or you have simply changed your mind.
Items bought in error may be exchanged for goods of the same value or for credit vouchers only if bought back, unused within 14 days with proof of purchase, with the exception of Crash Helmets (See our 7 day exchange policy on helmets) and Back Protectors, which we cannot accept back once they have left the premises due to safety implications.
Special Order Items and Sale Items may only be exchanged or refunded if they are found to be faulty or defective with the receipt. Refunds will only be given on faulty or defective goods with proof of purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
7 Day Helmet Exchange Policy
The helmet exchange policy, which in addition to your statutory rights, entitles you to exchange only a helmet bought in store with a valid receipt within 7 days of purchase.
Helmets must not have been worn on the road and must remain in original condition and returned to us with the following: The original box, manual, helmet bag and the visor sticker must still be attached.
Our Aim is to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We allow you the right to try a helmet on in the comfort of your own home for up to 7 days to ensure that it is the correct product for you.
Whilst every care is taken to ensure that all of our goods are correctly priced in-store, sometimes errors do occur and we do reserve the right to withdraw any incorrectly priced goods from sale.
